These Terms govern use of ThinkRight Invoice, a business software service provided by Think Right Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for business activities for which you have appropriate authority.

Service

ThinkRight Invoice provides tools for invoicing, quotes, customers, expenses, reporting, email delivery, payment integrations, and related business workflows. Features may evolve as the service is improved.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your credentials, obtaining necessary permissions for customer data, reviewing AI-assisted results, and complying with tax, accounting, privacy, anti-spam, and other laws applicable to your business.

Third-party services

Optional integrations, including Google, Microsoft, Stripe, Helcim, and Clover, are also governed by the applicable provider's terms and policies. Availability of a third-party integration may depend on that provider.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscription charges and payment-processing charges, when applicable, are presented through the service or relevant payment provider. Customer payments are processed by the selected payment provider.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, Think Right Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party integrations.
